This Crémant de Loire ( 60% Chardonnay, 25% Cabernet Franc and 15% Chenin Blanc) has a pleasant freshness with hints of white fruits, crisp golden apple, lemon zest, white blossom, hazelnuts, almond and a a touch of liquorice root. Overall, there is a luscious texture to the fizz and bright character perfect for an aperitif.
