Fourrier's Prestige Cuvee is 100% Chardonnay with 4-5 years ageing and a dosage of 9g/l. The resulting wine is ample and slightly creamy with beautiful aromas of citrus, white peach and crumbly digestive biscuity with a lick of lemon on the finish.
