Tasting Notes

A fresh, zesty and intensely aromatic white, with notes of cantaloupe melon, passion fruit, candied orange and lime. This fruit forward, rich vintage delights the palate, with a little sweetness and some white peach, elderflower, passion fruit and candied orange. The grapes are kept fresh with a cool-fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the retention of the primary fruit aromas.
