An elegant and well balanced, traditional method, sparkling rosé with fresh aromas of ripe, red berries, toasted brioche and honeyed blossom. The palate offers red apple and brioche notes, well integrated acid and a delightfully dry finish. Longer lees aging provides finesse, structure, and harmony of flavour.
