Typical Shiraz delivers rich and plump dark plum over the mid-palate with nuances of blueberry, blackcurrant, dark chocolate and mint driving the finish. Overall a sublimely smooth and multi layered wine. Vinification: The wine was matured in a fine grained French oak barriques (40% new, balance 2 – 3 year old) for a period of 24 months before being bottled.
