Tasting Notes
Cuvée Louise originates in the vineyards of Avize, Cramant and Ay, three “Grands Crus” areas that are jewels in the crown of the Champagne region as a tribute to Louise Pommery. The nose reveals the purity of the terroirs and opens with floral aromas of lime tree and hawthorn followed by fruity notes of peach and pear. The buttery character is then revealed with finesse. A few seconds later, spicy notes of vanilla and toasted hazelnuts add complexity to the wine.
