Cent Visage Cot, Touraine AOP, Domaine Jean-Francois Merieau, France 2021
Loire, France
Tasting Notes
The Côt grape, also known as the Malbec grape, produces a deep and concentrated garnet colour. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and crushed red berries form the bouquet. Notes of prunes and violets complement the wine's bold acidity and its slight peppery notes, which give it a rustic feel on the palate. Great potential to age.
