Tasting Notes
This red wine from the Douro is produced with grapes from several vineyards of the Vieira de Sousa family that are over 40 years old, with the most varied traditional Douro varieties. A very smooth and elegant wine, with rich aromas of fresh fruit, floral and spicy notes. Full bodied and fruit driven. The age brings through some subtle baked red fruit and smokey aromas with soft, supple tannins.
