Tasting Notes
VinoVispo is a brand new Italian sparkling wine that’s served on tap. It’s fresh, delicious, only lightly sparkling, and absolutely fantastic by the glass. This is a great quality product made by our award winning Prosecco producer just north of Venice. The quality when served in this way is absolutely consistent and always perfect.
Vino Vispo all about drinkability and also beautiful aromatics which really jump out of the glass. It’s floral with a touch of peach, white nectarine. It cannot be called Prosecco simply because it’s not bottled at origin. Other than that it’s made exactly the same way by an award winning producer of Prosecco in Italy - Enrico Bedin who have a great history of producing quality sparkling Prosecco.
