Trebbiano is Italian nomenclature for the grape variety Ugni Blanc and is often used as a lighter, more delicate component of many Italian white wines, regularly pairing with fuller grapes such as Verdicchio, providing balance, delicacy and crispness. It is a profilic variety and is widely planted all over Italy.
