Jo Draper

Jo joined us from Bibendum, prior to that she was at Majestic, and has been at Jascots since 2018. Managing a wide range of our clients ever since then and now moving on to a position as a client development manager, she is bringing her vibrant energy to all clients. She spends her free time running and making pies!

Omar changed career from research scientist to working with fine wine when he realised he was never going to win a Nobel prize and working with wine was so much more fun. He has spent most of the last 20 years selling the finest wines available to humanity to the great and the good of UK on trade.

After growing up in Cheltenham Alistair attended college in South Carolina on a tennis scholarship. After graduating with a degree in Political Science with a Minor in Coaching and Leadership he played and coached tennis across the South Eastern States of the US. Ed McGreavy

Ed has joined from Bibendum having worked in the Wine Trade for almost 8 years in Business Development & Account Manager roles. He thoroughly enjoys living in London and being involved in the superb On-Trade Restaurant, Bar & Pub scene. When he's not enjoying a glass of Wine he enjoys playing and watching many different Sports.

Mickey Taylor-Fallowes

Mickey’s previous experience is as a sommelier at Jamie Olivers restaurant, he holds a WSET Level 3. He brought his wine expertise and industry knowledge to the Jascots team in 2018 as a Customer Service and Sales support Manager. We are pleased to say that in 2022 he is joining the sales team as a Business Development Account Manager.

Giulio Bonola

While Giulio studied at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Alba, he realised that wine should become part of his professional life. He worked on 2 issues of Slow Food Wine Guide as editor. The Guide is focused on artisanal small-scale wineries, with a low intervention and terroir-driven approach.

Francesca Urbanowicz

Francesca trained as an Opera singer, performing until 2020 hit and all work was terminated. She channelled her energy into her second passion, wine. Starting at Majestic where she gained her WSET level 2, then joining Jascots in July 2021. Looking to further her career in the wine industry, whilst continuing to perform from time to time!

Martina Pokorna

Martina grew up in the Czech Republic, where her family are third generation fruit and vegetable producers. She has completed her masters in food culture and communications. After helping with grape harvesting in Luxembourg and managing restaurants, she decided to commit to the wonderful world of wine.

I have always had a passion for Customer Service and have worked in the drinks industry for 6 years with Bacardi and Freixenet Copestick , with a love of wine and all things drinks, I decided to make the move to Jascots as customer service manager.

Caroline Krey-Jacobsen

Caro grew up in Oslo, but traded Nordic life for studies in London, which eventually led her to the world of hospitality. With previous tenures at Sager & Wilde, Bibendum and Walker & Wodehouse, she joined Jascots in 2021 as off trade manager, working mainly with independent retailers.

Paddy Cronin

Paddy has spent the last 12 years working in the hospitality industry in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. His passion for wine sparked after a lunch and vineyard tour at Gibbston Valley Winery in Central Otago and he is currently studying for his WSET level three. In his free time, you can find him cooking or supporting his local pub.
