Champagne Philippe Fourrier

A fifth generation Champagne House (established in 1847) located in Baroville in the South of the Champagne appellation, Côte des Bar. Philippe Fourrier took his first steps as a child in the vineyard in the 1950s and forty years later was back for his first harvest. Now the house is wonderfully run by his children, with his son Julien managing the cellar, with his own sprinkle of creative energy. They work with 18 hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and the very rare Pinot Blanc across 40 parcels.

The family have invested in a "viticulture raisonnée" approach focused on the preservation of biodiversity, the reduction of unnatural chemicals and the management of fertilisation and water resources. They are proudly HVE certified.
