Angelo Rocca

Vinicola Rocca was founded by Francesco Rocca in 1880, and the Rocca family name has been synonymous with winemaking ever since - the company has grown and grown over four generations and the passion for producing great wines has been passed down over the years. In 1936, Francesco's son Angelo built a cellar in Nardo, Apulia and the first bottling line was bought in 1960 which lead to the beginning of a wider distribution of the Rocca family wines.Nowadays, the winery is run by Ernesto Rocca (Francesco's grandson) ably assisted by his sons Paolo, Marco, Luca and Matteo.
