About the Masterclass:
What is it about Riesling that makes sommeliers and wine professionals so passionate about it? Whether you are a fan of German Riesling or not (yet), this is a Masterclass that you must not miss. In this masterclass, Anne Krebiehl MW, Author of The Wines of Germany, will give us an overview of German Riesling and talk us through everything you think you know about German Riesling but don’t.
About the Speaker:
German-born but London-based, Anne Krebiehl MW is a freelance wine writer and lecturer. She is the contributing editor for Austria, Alsace, Burgundy and England for the US Wine Enthusiast and is also published widely in trade and consumer wine publications. She lectures, consults, translates and judges at international wine competitions and is a panel chair at the International Wine Challenge. She completed her WSET Diploma in 2010 and was admitted to the Institute of Masters of Wine in September 2014. Her first book, The Wines of Germany, was published in the Infinite Ideas Classic Wine Library in September 2019. Anne has helped to harvest and make wine in New Zealand, Germany and Italy.

Michał Bardel is a German wine expert and VDP. Pradikatsweinguter honorary ambassador. He is the editor in chief of the "Czas Wina" monthly wine magazine in Poland as well as the head of a one-year postgraduate Wine Studies programme at Collegium Civitas University in Warsaw. Michał is the executive director of the International Rose Championship and the Cool Climate Wine Awards and author of several wine books including 'Zbrodnia i Wina', which was awarded the prize for the best Polish wine education book (Gourmand Cook Book Awards 2015).

About the Speaker:
Christoph Graf is the COO for the premium sparkling wine producer Schloss VAUX. Christoph made his first wine and spirits at the family wine cellar in the black forest at the age of 14. After obtaining the wine business administration degree, he started working for the famous wine estate Weingut Reichsrat von Buhl and fell in love with Sekt (sparkling wine) production. Being a strong believer in German Sekt, in 2013 he started to work for Schloss VAUX to focus 100% on Sekt.
